Key Responsibilities and Activities:
1.Implement and enforce workplace safety and health policies, procedures, and statutory requirements in accordance with the WSH Act.
2. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and non-compliance issues.
3. Develop and implement risk assessments, Safe Work Procedures (SWPs), and safety improvement plans.
4. .Organize and conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and training sessions for workers and subcontractors.
5. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safe work planning and execution.
6. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, permits-to-work, training attendance, and incident reports.
7. Skilled in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
8. Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
9. Minimum 3-5 years of WSHO experience in main construction projects.
