Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement control algorithms for equipment used in the semiconductor industry.
- Perform system modeling, simulation, and analysis to validate control strategies and ensure optimal system performance.
- Operate measurement equipment and tools to collect and evaluate vibration data, and develop effective system-level solutions for vibration and noise control.
- Provide technical support for motion control issues throughout machine development, testing, and production phases.
- Apply strong knowledge of control engineering, including classical and modern control methodologies, to support system improvements.
- Utilize technical skills in MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and real-time systems and demonstrate familiarity with mechanical system dynamics, vibration, thermal processes, motors, sensors, and drive systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields
- Strong foundation in control engineering, including classical and modern control methodologies.
- Proficient in MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and real-time computer systems.
- Familiar with system analysis and modeling, particularly in mechanical system dynamics, vibration, thermal processes, motors, sensors, and drive systems.
