Job Responsibilities
- Oversee coordination of civil, structural, architectural, M&E, and utility diversion works.
- Lead meetings and manage coordination with SWC contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Manage design and construction interfaces for tunnelling and transit projects, including approvals and TFP/TOP processes.
- Liaise with government and utility agencies to secure site clearances and design approvals.
- Ensure effective communication and resolution of technical and interface issues across all parties.
Job Requirements
- Recognized Degree in Civil/Structural or related Engineering field.
- At least 5 years in managing civil, architectural, and/or M&E works for large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of tunnelling/transit project interfaces, design approval processes, and TFP/TOP requirements.
- Advanced Certificate in Construction Productivity (ACCP) and/or Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP).
