Responsibilities
- Support the Aviation Finance team by managing multiple transactions and coordinating with clients, law firms, and local counsel.
- Draft, review, and manage corporate documents, conditions precedent, and transaction materials.
- Oversee legal searches, filings, and DocuSign processes to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare concise reports and advisory notes while building strong transaction management skills.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field, with strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prior experience in asset or structured finance, especially aviation finance, is advantageous.
- Skilled in drafting, reviewing, and managing financing and leasing documentation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling tight timelines and pressure professionally.
- Clear and concise communicator with strong interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage key client relationships and apply up-to-date legal knowledge effectively.
