Contracts & Sales Support Executive

- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.45pm
- Monthly Salary: Base up to $3000 + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibility
- Handle customer enquiries related to engineering services and maintenance contracts, ensuring timely response and follow-up.
- Prepare, process, and track sales quotations, invoices, Bills of Quantity (BQ), and related documentation.
- Coordinate with customers on Goods Receipt (GR) status and liaise with the Field Service team on Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Process billing for Maintenance and Permit-To-Operate (PTO) contracts, working closely with the Finance department.
- Follow up with customers on Purchase Orders and GR completion to ensure smooth billing and documentation flow.
- Provide general administrative support, including assistance with insurance matters, customer surveys, and company initiatives.
Requirement
- Diploma in business or equivalent and recognized by relevant authority
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business administration or sales support. Preferably in lift or escalator industry.
- Good working knowledge of CRM systems
- Proficient in SAP for business and sales operations
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
