Assist to ensure that reporting is accurate and timely as provided by Project Managers
To maintain and update the product costing system of the company
To perform checking and monitoring the BOM in the ERP system
To analyze the actual manufacturing cost incurred in comparison with the standard manufacturing cost and provide explanation/ interpretation of any significant differences
Review and evaluate tenders technical and commercial bid.
Support the preparation of tender documents for development projects.
Maintain up to date cost data information.
Assist the Project Management teams and ensure all works are carried out to the highest possible standard, within the financial and time restraints.
Implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
Assist C&P Manager in ensuring all requirements and instructions, and project implementation are in compliance with the project scope, budget, time and quality
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Administration
Knowledge of qualification, validation, and testing processes, including relevant safety standards
Strong management skills and a high level of self-motivation
