Contracts, Procurement & Admin Executive (Construction)
About the Role
We are a construction company in Singapore looking for a responsible and hands-on candidate to support contracts administration, procurement coordination and general office / project administration. The role is mainly administrative and coordination-based, with exposure to quotations, cost tracking and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of quotations, cost comparisons, simple estimates and supporting documents for claims and variation works.
- Support contracts and commercial administration, including preparation of purchase orders, subcontract documents, correspondences and records.
- Source, compare and coordinate procurement of materials, equipment and subcontract services based on project requirements and budget.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, consultants and internal staff on delivery, documentation, pricing and administrative matters.
- Maintain proper filing and tracking of quotations, invoices, delivery orders, claims, variation orders, contracts and project records.
- Assist in monitoring project-related costs, committed purchases and document status.
- Handle general office administration, including document preparation, data entry, filing, scheduling and coordination of submissions.
- Support work pass application coordination, staff course registration, renewal follow-up, training records and related administrative documentation.
- Assist in worker-related and project-related administrative matters, including forms, declarations, supporting documents and internal coordination.
- Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
- Relevant experience in contracts administration, procurement, construction administration or office administration will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with quotations, purchase orders, invoices, variation orders, claims or project documentation is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Organised, careful and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Salary Range
SGD 3,000 to SGD 4,500 per month
