Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Administration & Commercial Negotiation
Draft, review and negotiate main contracts, subcontracts and related commercial agreements.
Participate in key project negotiations and ensure contractual terms protect the company's commercial interests.
Monitor contract execution and ensure compliance with agreed milestones and payment terms.
2. Project Commercial & Financial Coordination
Support project budgeting and cost control planning.
Assist in cash flow planning and fund allocation to ensure financial stability of projects.
Monitor progress payments and manage financial risks associated with project delivery.
3. Variation & Claims Management
Manage variation orders (VO), contractual changes and claims documentation.
Prepare and coordinate commercial correspondence with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Assist in dispute resolution and contractual risk mitigation strategies.
4. Systems & Process Development
Establish and improve internal contract management procedures and control systems.
Standardize documentation processes and approval workflows.
Contribute to enhancing overall operational efficiency and compliance standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise management, commercial management or contract administration within construction, infrastructure or energy-related industries.
Experience in hydropower, infrastructure or overseas projects will be an advantage.
Strong commercial negotiation skills and risk awareness.
Familiar with budgeting, financial coordination and internal control processes.
Good command of English and Mandarin.
Strong coordination and cross-functional communication abilities.
