Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors/ Procurement Officer and other staff responsible for the administration of the Contract with the S.O., the Employer and with sub-contractors and supply contracts.
Contract management in delivery phase as an administrator.
Draft and review a variety of contracts/ agreement.
Meeting with Client/ Supervision Officer and subcontractors to discuss contractural matters.
Provide contractural advice to the Project Manager.
Identify opportunities or risks in processes and devise plans to implement.
Writing, evaluating, negotiating and executing various contracts including Main Contract and subcontract
Requirements
Degree in Civil/ Building Engineering or Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
Preferrable 15 years experience in the management and administration of large-scale process related Contracts and shall preferably possess the relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying and/or Contract/ Construction Law
Deep understanding of contracts, contract governance and contractual terminology
Managing team members in routine daily tasks.
Capable of professionally managing confidential information.
Excellent skill in negotiation with external parties in contractual claim issues.
