Contracts Manager (Tender)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a team of Tender and Marketing QS team in the preparations, negotiation and submission of quotations and tenders
• Constant engagement with clients for marketing purposes and in constant touch with the industry
• Review tender and quotation requirements and generate tender schedule and deliverables checklists for regular monitoring
• Ensure submissions are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and client's requirements
• Stay updated on construction and contract law changes in the industry
• Coordinate with project teams and relevant support functions for the purposes of submission materials
• Periodic reporting to Management
