CONTRACTS MANAGER (LTA project experience is a MUST)

Our client is one of the leading civil contractors in Singapore. They have a number of current large scale infrastructure projects with tenders in place for some of Singapore's most prestigious upcoming projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to analyze data and compile timeline of events leading to a delay (fact finding)
- Examine the project info and data
- Able to include delays to the program (outline delays and showing the impact)
- Exposed in the past to claim preparation and follow-up
- Exposed to response to SO queries
- Able to demonstrate entitlement to EOT
- More specific items such as demonstrating loss of productivity
- Able to and articulate issues to management team
- Work in a team environment and being curious by raising question to the other members

REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 10 years relevant working experience
- With experience in Civil Infrastructure/LTA projects is a MUST
- Good technical background exposed to Civil works
- Familiar with LTA projects with experience of working on at least 1 project over 100m in value.
- Excellent project skills, good communication & interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Organized, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadline
