Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Manager to lead technical and engineering aspects of civil and structural projects, ensuring smooth site operations, quality compliance, and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all technical and engineering activities on-site to ensure smooth execution of civil and structural works
• Monitor project progress and coordinate site activities to resolve technical or operational issues promptly
• Prepare accurate and timely project status reports for internal management and external stakeholders
• Coordinate structural details and design implementation to align with project objectives and specifications
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and project teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination
• Respond effectively to challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic construction environment while maintaining project timelines and quality

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Professional recognition by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore (PEB) or Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil or structural site engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD

• Strong leadership and project coordination capabilities
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and industry practices in Singapore
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
