Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across technical, engineering, and corporate functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower plans, business priorities, and talent requirements
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract niche talent within the semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sectors
- Drive direct sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and industry channels
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent insights to stakeholders
- Coordinate interview processes, offer management, and onboarding activities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and talent engagement activities
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience within the semiconductor, microelectronics, precision engineering, or advanced manufacturing industries
- Proven success in hiring technical and engineering talent in a high-volume or specialised environment
