Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across technical, engineering, and corporate functions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower plans, business priorities, and talent requirements
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract niche talent within the semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sectors
  • Drive direct sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and industry channels
  • Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent insights to stakeholders
  • Coordinate interview processes, offer management, and onboarding activities
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and talent engagement activities
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience within the semiconductor, microelectronics, precision engineering, or advanced manufacturing industries
  • Proven success in hiring technical and engineering talent in a high-volume or specialised environment
