Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, and recruitment agencies
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical and specialized positions within manufacturing and technology-driven environments
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within applicant tracking systems
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where required
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to support workforce planning and recruitment projects
  • Perform other duties and projects assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5-8 years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience
  • Prior recruitment experience within manufacturing or engineering industries is highly preferred
  • Proven experience hiring technical and specialized positions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
