Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, and recruitment agencies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical and specialized positions within manufacturing and technology-driven environments
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within applicant tracking systems
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where required
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to support workforce planning and recruitment projects
- Perform other duties and projects assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 5-8 years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience
- Prior recruitment experience within manufacturing or engineering industries is highly preferred
- Proven experience hiring technical and specialized positions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
