Duration: 12 months contract with completion bonus
Working days/hours: 5 days office hours
Location: West
Salary: $3500-$4000
Job Scope:
- Act as the key liaison between Customer Service, Sales teams, Business Units, and Supply Chain departments.
- Respond to enquiries from internal stakeholders regarding orders, stock availability, delivery status, and supply issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse and planning teams to resolve stock shortages, residue stock, and product availability matters.
- Ensure smooth communication across departments and follow through until issues are fully resolved.
- Support documentation for regulatory certifications such as Halal, Kosher, NSF, and other compliance requirements.
- Ensure product labels are accurate and aligned with SDS, regulatory updates, and product changes.
- Work with QA, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Marketing teams to maintain audit readiness and compliance standards.
- Manage repacking documentation and ensure TECO / process order closures are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with planning and warehouse teams to ensure correct batches, expiry dates, and repacking accuracy.
- Prepare and consolidate supply chain KPI reports with accurate data and timely submission.
- Monitor trends, gaps, and operational issues, then escalate findings for management review.
- Support continuous improvement projects to enhance workflows, systems, documentation control, and process efficiency.
Requirements:
- Min. 1-3 years experience in supply chain or customer service
- Strong liaison capability, especially in BU and Sales coordination.
- High accuracy and discipline in documentation, data reporting, and compliance.
- Excellent communicator across departments.
- Able to commit to 1 year contract
