Contract Supervisor

Millennium are looking for a responsible and experienced Contract Supervisor to oversee cleaning and facilities services at assigned client sites in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising cleaning teams, maintaining service standards, managing client requirements, and ensuring that operations are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned sites.
• Lead, deploy, and monitor cleaning staff to ensure sufficient manpower and coverage.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure cleaning standards meet contractual and client requirements.
• Monitor attendance, work performance, grooming, and discipline of cleaning staff.
• Train and coach cleaners on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and workplace safety.
• Manage cleaning schedules, rosters, task assignments, and leave arrangements.
• Ensure cleaning equipment, chemicals, tools, and supplies are properly maintained and available.
• Liaise with clients regarding service requirements, feedback, complaints, and operational matters.
• Investigate and resolve service issues promptly.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and maintain relevant records.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental requirements.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and deployment when required.
• Carry out any other duties related to cleaning and facilities operations as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, facilities management, or a similar supervisory role.
• Experience supervising a team of cleaners is preferred.
• Good knowledge of commercial, office, condominium, industrial, healthcare, or institutional cleaning operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and cleaning staff.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple sites or operational requirements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for reporting, rostering, and documentation.
• Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
• Relevant WSQ/NEA cleaning or supervisory qualifications will be an advantage.
