Contract Senior Graphic Designer (Healthcare Media & Engagement) (5 DAYS, CENTRAL REGION)

Contract duration: 3 months
Job Description:
- Translate complex healthcare and population health concepts into clear, engaging visual communications
- Lead the design and development of campaign materials, including mascot-led outreach initiatives
- Create high-impact visuals across digital, print, and event platforms (eDMs, posters, infographics, certificates, event assets, and more)
- Manage the full design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and campaign objectives
- Review and refine design outputs from internal team members and external vendors
- Collaborate closely with project managers, communications teams, and stakeholders to support campaign goals
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple projects
Job Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, communications, engagement, or healthcare-related fields
- Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end in a dynamic environment
- Strong project coordination, planning, and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong visual storytelling, communication, and analytical skills
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders with diverse needs
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Resourceful and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong team player with the ability to build collaborative relationships
