Singapore's leading brand in health and superfoods. We are in the business of packaged food distribution and F&B food service. We are looking for a contract hire for maternity leave.

Job Requirements

. Must possess minimum Secondary School / O Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, any field or equivalent

. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel with basic formulas

. Able to work independently, being responsible for your own work and able to meet deadlines

. Being cooperative, strong communication with team members

. Comfortable with English & Mandarin

. Minimum 2-3 year related working experience in admin related role

. Experienced in using an ERP software

. All relevant training will be provided

Roles & Responsibilities

. Responding to phone calls, email enquires, walk in requests

. Generate daily stock transfer orders, invoices

. Complete daily invoices, delivery orders

. Submission of Monthly promotions to respective retailers

. Invoicing of retailers at month end

. Checking of monthly sales reports

. Update of sales collaterals template

. Ensure documents filing in order

. Ensure all documents from sales outlets are consolidated at month end

. Ordering of office supplies and packaging materials
