Job Scope
- Serve as the primary point of contact between delivery partners and clients to ensure all shipments are tracked and executed according to specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate logistics personnel and fleet availability based on evolving project needs.
- Drive operational excellence by preparing detailed End-of-Day (EOD) reports and managing client invoicing processes.
- Oversee the planning and execution of same-day delivery logistics for high-priority events and specialized projects.
- Assist to address client inquiries and manage the documentation and processing of claims for additional charges.
- Provide hands-on assistance with sorting and packing operations whenever necessary to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word & / PowerPoint) & familiar with Google Suite
- Able to commence work immediately/within short notice, work for 6 months period and commit to a 5-day work week (including one weekend) and 3 work rotating shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
