Contract Procurement Operations Support Staff #HHLT

Location: Jurong West

Duration: 6 months (Start May 2026)

Job Scope:

. Manage end-to-end PR-to-PO process using SAP/Jaggaer

. Support RFQ/RFP, supplier sourcing, and quotation evaluation

. Handle vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance tracking

. Prepare procurement reports and maintain audit-ready records

. Liaise with stakeholders and resolve procurement issues

Requirements:

. Minimum 2 years in procurement/supply chain (industrial sectors preferred)

. Experience with SAP, Ariba, Jaggaer, or similar ERP systems

. Strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail

. Good communication and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
