Contract Manager (Tender / HDB Buildings Projects/ 5.25 days) AL70)

Responsibilities:

• Overall management for the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality and safety.
• Review and execute tender document submission in line with contractual requirements
• Evaluate all sub-contractors & vendors technical submissions
• Coordinate with consultants on all projects technical details
• Supervise and lead a team of Quantity Surveyors to prepare tender proposals from pre-tender to post-contract stages
• Ensure all documentations is accurate and for timely submission
• Monitoring construction costing for optimal solutions in line with market conditions
• Adhoc duties

Requirement:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related
