Contract Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from initiation and drafting to negotiation, execution, and closure.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, Instruction Manuals (IMs), and relevant government frameworks (e.g., GeBIZ).
• Provide guidance and support on procurement strategies, contract structuring, and risk management.
• Review and draft contract terms to ensure clarity, legal soundness, and alignment with project goals.
• Liaise with legal, finance, project, and business teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Infocomm, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in contract and procurement management, preferably in a government or ICT-related environment.
• Strong working knowledge of government procurement frameworks and platforms (e.g., GeBIZ).
• Experience in both ICT and business-related procurement is a strong advantage.
