Contract Manager (QS / Building/ HDB/ Nursing Home)

Responsibilities:

• Preparing tender submissions and cost estimates for both main contract and subcontract work
• Read and analyse tender documents drawings and specifications to extract key requirements
• Perform quantity take off measurement and cost analysis for accurate pricing
• Support preparation of bid documents costing summaries and submission materials
• Coordinate with consultants architects, developers, and contractors on tender related matters
• Provide general support in contract administration and other assignments as directed.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying /Civil Engineering or related discipline
