Job Description & Requirements

. Managing tenders

. Responsible for tender.

. Responsible in conjunction with the Project Manager for the administration and stringent implementation of contract terms and conditions.

. Oversee projects from inception through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.

. Review the variation request order, assess the associated variation costs, processing of progress payment and final account.

. Manage costing and budgeting for all building works and maintain cost within budget.

. Disputes mitigations and settlements

Requirements:

. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in Construction.

. At least 5 years of working experience in quantity taking off and measurement.

. Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking custom.
