Job Description:
- Oversee the management of contracts throughout all project phases
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and variation orders.
- Monitor contract compliance and ensure deliverables are met as per agreed terms.
- Administer change management processes including claims, extensions of time, and cost adjustments.
- Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project teams for contract-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records of all contract correspondence and documentation.
- Mitigate contractual risks and resolve disputes when necessary.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Degree with 3-5 years of experience in contract administration/management.
