Job Description:
Provide frontline customer service, including handling patient registrations and appointment scheduling
Work closely with practitioners and nurses to ensure high standards of patient care
Assist doctors and nurses by providing chaperone support when required
Respond to enquiries via email, phone calls, and in person
Handle payment collection and perform basic administrative tasks
Support the team with any additional ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum N/O/A Levels or a Diploma in any field, Training provided!!
Able to commit for at least 3 months
Comfortable with walking and standing for extended periods
Prior customer service experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
Office hours, 5.5-day work week
Able to start immediately or on short notice
