Jobs Responsibilities
- Reach out to customer to understand payment patterns
- Make recommendations on account strategy following understanding of customer patterns
- Reach out to customers to follow up on overdue bills
- Monitor for available funds in accounts and instruct the operations team to debit accounts to settle overdue amounts.
- Upon receiving instructions from relevant team, instruct the operations team for loan settlement
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in trade/loans/customer service
