Job Scope:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Group Channels & Digitalization roles, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners
• Handle sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding
• Manage recruitment for Branch Digital Executive positions
• Advise stakeholders on hiring strategies, market insights and candidate selection
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with governance, licensing and regulatory requirements
• Deliver a professional candidate experience while supporting recruitment reporting and hiring KPIs
• Assist with other HR recruitment projects and duties as assigned
