. HR Operations Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding all operational HR matters. Assist in implementing and managing HR processes effectively.

. Personnel Management: Prepare and execute personnel actions, including onboarding and offboarding processes, in collaboration with HR Services.

. Payroll & Organizational Support: Conduct preparatory tasks for monthly payroll processing and support the implementation of organizational changes.

. Project Involvement: Involve in area-specific projects, providing operational implementation, creating evaluations and presentations as needed.
