Job Description:

This position is a 9-months contract for a maternity cover. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering HR support across multiple functions including talent acquisition, training development and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the business, ensuring HR initiatives align with organizational goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support across the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, training & development, employees welfare and benefits, employee engagement and expat administration.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including coordination with hiring managers, agency liaison, and interview logistics.
  • Facilitate training programs by managing schedules, registrations, materials, attendance tracking, feedback collection, and vendor invoicing.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities to foster a positive work culture.
  • Support procurement processes by raising Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for HR-related activities and services
  • Deliver day-to-day HR support to employees, addressing queries and ensuring smooth HR service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
  • Any other duties and projects that may be assigned from time to time.

Requisite Criteria & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in HR generalist or equivalent.
  • Detailed and meticulous
  • Good business acumen, able to demonstrate flexibility and ability to execute and deliver on time with quality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of employees and work as a team player.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
