Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR Business Partners in HR operations, including recruitment, manpower planning, rewards strategies, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with Shared Services team in the timely appointment, re-appointment, promotion, and transfer of staff.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for all employees.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR data management.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required, ensuring their timely delivery.


Requirements:

  • At least a Degree in Human Resource Management / Business / Equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of HR experiences
  • Able to work in Pioneer / Jurong West area.
