Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR Business Partners in HR operations, including recruitment, manpower planning, rewards strategies, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with Shared Services team in the timely appointment, re-appointment, promotion, and transfer of staff.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for all employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR data management.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required, ensuring their timely delivery.
Requirements:
- At least a Degree in Human Resource Management / Business / Equivalent.
- At least 2 years of HR experiences
- Able to work in Pioneer / Jurong West area.
