Contract HR Assistant (Healthcare/ West) HZO

Duration: 1 yr contract
Salary: Up to $3K + 1 month completion bonus
Location: West

Job scope:

• . Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
• . Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
• . Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding and Offboarding.
• . Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through Onboarding and Offboarding stages.
• . Ensure the services are delivered in line with policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.
• . Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within HR Group Shared Services.
• . Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.

Job Requirements:

• . Min. Diploma in Human Resource or any relevant field
• Min. some HR experience preferably in healthcare
