Help drive Singapore's digital inclusion efforts by managing contracts, budgets, and governance processes that support nationwide training and outreach programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee endtoend contract lifecycle for programme vendors, including drafting, performance monitoring, and renewals.
- Ensure strong vendor governance by implementing frameworks, tracking KPIs, and maintaining compliance dashboards.
- Manage OPEX and programme budgets: forecasting, variance analysis, expenditure tracking, and audit support.
- Drive governance, risk, and compliance processes aligned with govt bodies standards.
- Oversee logistics and facilities support for islandwide training operations.
- Liaise with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and external partners to ensure smooth contract and financial operations.
- Strengthen data and systems governance, ensuring accuracy in financial/operational reporting and dashboards.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in contract management, finance, or governance.
- Strong knowledge of public procurement, financial governance, and audit processes.
- Proven ability managing large vendor contracts with multiple performance metrics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
