We are hiring Sales Manager with experience in cross-functional, international environments. This role offers strong growth opportunities and a healthy work-life balance. More details as below:

Job Role:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding CLIENT's presence in Singapore by promoting engineering simulation and digital engineering solutions. The role focuses on enterprise and strategic customers across industries such as manufacturing, electronics, automotive, aerospace, energy, and academia.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have 8-10 Years in B2B sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through industry association partnership and C Level connect
  • Deep understanding of Ansys software, FEM, and CAE applications
  • Knowledge of research funding mechanisms and grant opportunities
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Willingness to travel

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition and account growth for CLIENT's portfolio including ANSYS, CAD/CAE, simulation, and engineering solutions
  • Own and achieve sales targets (license, subscription, services, and renewals)
  • Identify and develop new opportunities across enterprise, SMB, government, and academic segments
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, requirement discovery, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Engineering Heads, R&D Managers, CTOs, Procurement)
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and proposing value-driven technical solutions
  • Work closely with technical/pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Collaborate with partners, principals (ANSYS), and internal stakeholders
  • Represent CLIENT at industry events, seminars, webinars, and customer meetings.
