Contract Executive

Main Responsibilities :

1. Prepare requisition for all materials for project use

2. Preparing of letters, faxes, reports for project

3. Tender document - create forms, fill in commercial requirements for prices, schedules, information, personnel data, supply record, equipment list and photocopy of documents

4. Maintain, updating and monitoring of master material planning schedule of all ongoing projects

5. Update monthly management report

6. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements :

1. Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma

2. Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience

3. SAP knowledge would be an advantage

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Power Point)
