KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct all background screening on candidate, initiate & follow up on reference check
  • Ensure completeness of documentation for each candidate
  • Resolve 1st level discrepancies between applicants declared information and results from screening checks
  • Liaise with candidates, hiring manager and internal stakeholders on all matters relating to the recruitment of the candidate
  • Run through document validity check before sending for final review
  • Tracking of Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Any other projects or tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Experience in distribution support is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized, focused and able to work under tight timelines and pressure
  • Self-motivated and independent worker
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
