Core responsibilities:
- Quotation submission, handle progress claims and progress payment, VO and finalization of accounts
- Prepare and maintain Contracts documents for sub-contractors / Suppliers
- Sourcing sub-contractors and Suppliers
- Coordination in prepare project budget and income projection
- Negotiation with sub-contractors / Suppliers
- Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyor, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payments
- Prepare and issue Purchase order and matching with Delivery order, if any.
- Accountability of Department Daily Functions and Activities
- Provide guidance in the Overall Contracts Administration issues
- Maintain the Cost Control and Budgeting Process
Job Specification
Minimum Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:
- Candidates with GCE O/ A Level will consider or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Experienced in budgeting, contract and office administration preferred .
Skills and Knowledge requirements:
- Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, good team player & able to meet tight deadline
- Able to write reports and Presentation
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
