Job Description

Salary: Up to 3600
Location: Tuas (islandwide pickup)

Job Responsibilities

Process customer orders and verify pricing, quantities and delivery details.
Track orders and coordinate shipments with supply chain teams and shipping agents.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, returns and credit requests.
Maintain accurate records in SAP and Salesforce.
Support sales administration and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality requirements.

Requirements

Min. Diploma / Degree
Good communication, customer service and coordination skills.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
Experience in order processing, customer service, SAP or Salesforce is an advantage.
Able to start immediately and commit to a 1-year contract.
