Job Description: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner. Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively. Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures. Document customer interactions and update records in the call centre system or CRM. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor. Follow call centre scripts, processes, and service standards. . Meet individual and team performance targets such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. Support administrative tasks related to customer service when required. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
