Jobs Responsibilities
- Analyse data, prepare requirement docs and presentation packs
- Conduct SIT/UAT testing
- Deliver communications and training for operational readiness
- Manage and track projects, deliverables, and sign-offs
- Communicate status, issues, and risks to sponsors and stakeholders
- Act as SME, fostering relationships with business and tech stakeholders
- Document strategic requirements backed by business cases, benefits, and KPIs
- Implement best practices, standardise processes, and controls
- Support full program lifecycle including testing and readiness planning
- Facilitate change to reduce risk profile
Job Requirements
- Min. 8-10 years of experience
Skilled in analysis, data management and problem-solving using Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence etc.
