Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage improvement and development projects to enhance clinical operations and patient experience.
- Support the strategic planning and implementation of new clinical service initiatives.
- Guide a team in areas such as project management, data collection and analysis, budget planning, procurement, and resource management.
- Collaborate closely with senior management, clinical heads, and ground operations teams to align strategies and achieve patient-centred outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare administration or clinical operations.
