Role Overview

People Pulse SG is engaging a Contract Administrative Assistant to provide operational and administrative support across day-to-day business activities. This role is execution-focused and suited for an organised individual who can work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders.

This is a non-permanent, non-exclusive contract role.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, document formatting, and record maintenance.

  • Maintain organised digital filing systems and shared folders.

  • Draft and format standard documents, trackers, and reports.

  • Monitor and respond to general administrative emails and messages.

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, interviews, and internal discussions.

  • Prepare meeting notes and follow-ups when required.

  • Support coordination with freelancers, vendors, and partners.

Data & System Updates

  • Update CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal trackers accurately.

  • Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy at all times.

Process & Ad Hoc Support

  • Assist with process documentation and workflow improvements.

  • Support ad hoc tasks and short-term projects as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory

  • Strong organisational and documentation skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting HR, recruitment, or consulting teams.

  • Prior experience in administrative, operations, or coordination roles.

Contract Terms (Indicative)

  • Engagement on a fixed-term, extendable as per performance.

  • Contractor to use own equipment unless otherwise agreed.

  • No entitlement to employee benefits (leave, insurance, bonuses, CPF).
