Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented 6 to 9 months Contract Admin Support to assist our Admin team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and quotations

  • Liaise with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules

  • Maintain and update Sales order records and documentation

  • Follow up on stock receiving & deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods

  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent

  • Relevant admin or purchasing experience preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Able to work independently
