Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented 6 to 9 months Contract Admin Support to assist our Admin team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing purchase orders and quotations
Liaise with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules
Maintain and update Sales order records and documentation
Follow up on stock receiving & deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods
Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
Relevant admin or purchasing experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Good communication and organizational skills
Able to work independently
