Core Responsibilities:
- Act as a Business Partner to the Site to drive step-change improvements in business performance by analyzing company processes and procedures and developing process enhancement strategies.
- Identify, deploy, and drive the successful completion of targeted projects and initiatives that deliver operational and financial results, as well as improved customer satisfaction.
- Establish and implement an effective framework and structure across the organization to enable continuous business improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance productivity.
- Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects within the business, including training, coaching, guiding, and delivering outcomes.
- Stay up to date with developments in management practices and process optimization.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in delivering step change in business performance
- A hands-on practitioner who is conversant with business improvement tools & techniques, with associated certification (e.g. Lean, Theory of Constraints), coupled with demonstrable knowledge and experience in real world applications
- Ability to engage employees at various levels of the organization to support and contribute to business improvement, with leadership, drive and influencing ability
- Good understanding of the entire spectrum of operational excellence, with a hands-on approach
- Has analytical, data-driven approach to problem solving
- Six sigma certification a plus
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical/engineering/operational discipline preferred
