Job Description

Requirements

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Phonics, Mechatronics or equivalent)
3-5 years of relevant experience in laser systems, photonics, precision manufacturing, or optical assembly
Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, and test processes for mechanical, PCBA, and optical components.
Proficient in Six Sigma DMAIC, Lean methodologies, DOE, SPC, FMEA, GR&R, and other quality tools.
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
