About the RoleThe Content & Social Manager - a full-time onsite role in Singapore - will be the creative engine behind Westbourne's global brand, owning the development, execution and reporting of compelling content across all platforms and channels. You will bring our educational vision to life through authentic narratives, engaging social media presence, and content that resonates deeply with families, students, and partners across our UK, Australia, and Singapore markets.
Reporting to the global marketing leader, you will be directly accountable for building brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting conversions through strategic content creation and community building. You will take a hands-on, creatively rigorous, and data-informed approach to storytelling, leveraging insights from across the organisation to craft content that educates, inspires, and converts.

What You Will Be DoingContent Strategy & Creation:- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business priorities, audience needs, and brand positioning across all regions (UK, AU, SG).
- Create high-quality, engaging content across formats including blog posts, website copy, case studies, student and staff profiles, newsletters, video scripts, and campaign materials.
- Partner with admissions, academic, and leadership teams to source authentic stories that showcase the Westbourne experience, student outcomes, and educational innovation.
- Maintain a content calendar ensuring consistent publishing cadence and strategic alignment with key enrolment periods, events, and campaigns.
- Ensure all content reflects Westbourne's brand voice, values, and positioning while adapting tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms.
Social Media Management:- Own and grow Westbourne's social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels), driving follower growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies that leverage each channel's unique strengths and audience behaviours.
- Create, schedule, and publish social content including posts, stories, reels, and videos that educate, inspire, and drive action.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community, fostering meaningful conversations and building relationships with prospective and current families.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and social media trends, adapting strategy to maximise reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social content amplifies website content and supports overall digital marketing objectives.
Brand & Messaging:- Shape and evolve Westbourne's brand voice across all content touchpoints, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and differentiation.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines for tone, style, and messaging.
- Craft compelling, persuasive copy that resonates with families at different stages of their decision-making journey.
Analytics & Performance:- Monitor and report on key metrics including engagement rates, follower growth, content performance, website traffic from social and SEO, and contribution to lead generation.
- Use data and insights to continuously optimise content strategy, posting schedules, and creative approaches.
- Set and track progress against clearly defined KPIs, demonstrating the impact of content and social efforts on business outcomes.
- Conduct regular content audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
Collaboration & Innovation:- Work closely with the admissions team to understand prospective family needs and pain points, translating insights into compelling content.
- Coordinate with academic and programme leaders to identify and tell stories of student success, innovation, and impact via print and video.
- Build relationships with students, parents, and staff to establish referral and WOM network, source user-generated content and authentic testimonials.
Analytics & Performance
- Monitor and report on key metrics (organic traffic, rankings, conversion rates, AI-assisted visibility, lead quality). Provide actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations to improve performance.
- Set and track progress against clearly defined KPIs, continuously optimising based on results.
About YouExperience
Minimum 5 years experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media management, ideally within education, EdTech, or lead-generation focused organisations.
Proven track record of building engaged social media communities and driving measurable growth in brand awareness and engagement.
Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and drive action.
Experience working across multiple markets or regions, with sensitivity to cultural nuances and local contexts.
Skills
Exceptional writing and visual storytelling ability that connects with families and educators.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and beyond.
Strong visual literacy with proficiency in content creation tools including Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms for creating on-brand graphics and videos.
Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc).
Comfortable working with analytics and data to inform creative decisions and demonstrate impact.
Highly organised with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple content streams across multiple countries simultaneously.
Self-starter with creative curiosity, editorial judgment, and passion for transformative education.
Comfortable working across UK, Australia, and Singapore time zones and cultural contexts.
