We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative Content Production Intern to support the creation of social content across multiple platforms. You'll play a hands-on role in producing short-form videos and visual assets, assisting with shoots, basic video editing, and turning raw ideas into polished, publish-ready content.
A successful candidate is:
- Creative-minded but pragmatic: You love shaping ideas and scrolling trends, but also understand what works for the brand, timeline and target audience.
- Detail-driven: From scheduling to copy checks, you notice the little things that keep everything flowing.
- Collaborative and confident: You're comfortable reaching out for info, managing drafts and working cross-functionally to meet deadlines.
- Calm and solution-oriented: If a post needs to move or a file's missing, you fix it.
- Fluent in content culture: You understand the nuance of different platforms and what catches attention.
What you'll be involved in:
- Assisting in short-form video production (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Basic video editing and simple motion cuts
- Supporting content shoots and behind-the-scenes production
- Creating simple visual assets and post adaptations
- Helping turn creative ideas into executable content
- Keeping content files organized and production-ready
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with client-facing content planning or post scheduling
- Researching trends or creator references to inform new ideas
- Organizing and maintaining content libraries or templates
Requirements:
- Some experience in filming for social media content (brand, club, personal, or freelance)
- Solid understanding of short-form platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Shorts
- Proficient in basic visual tools like Canva, and video editors like CapCut
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communicator, comfortable working remotely and independently
- Bonus: familiarity with TikTok Business, Meta Business Suite, or basic reporting tools
How to Apply:
Send a short intro and your CV or LinkedIn to [Confidential Information]. We'd also love to see:
- A brand or creator whose content you admire and why
- Any past content or calendar work you've helped plan or publish
We care as much about how you think and communicate as we do about your resume. If you're someone who's organized, social-savvy and loves bringing clarity to creativity we'd love to hear from you.
