WHAT is this role about

As a Content Producer for our Social Media team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging, high-quality content for Mothership's social media channels. From ideation to execution, you will be responsible for developing original content that resonates with our audience and keeps them informed, entertained, and engaged. Whether working on TikTok videos or Instagram Reels, you'll use your creativity and technical skills to keep Mothership's social media presence fresh and dynamic.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop original multimedia content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. This includes short-form videos (Reels, TikToks), graphics, and other visual assets to engage and entertain our audience.

Trend Spotting & Ideation: Stay on top of trending topics and viral content. Use this knowledge to ideate and execute timely content that speaks to our audience's interests.

Social Media Strategy: Help build and refine content strategies that drive audience engagement. Work closely with the team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and audience expectations.

Project Ownership: Manage content projects and social media campaigns independently, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

WHO should consider this role

We are looking for a candidate with at least 1-2 years of experience, drive and passion for social media and content creation, as well as a high level of technical proficiency in video production and editing.

Senior Content Producer positions are available for candidates with more experience.

• Are familiar with social media trends, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.
• Possess strong creative and storytelling abilities, with a knack for creating engaging video and multimedia content.
• Have a high level of technical proficiency in video production and editing, with experience in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software.
• Have an eye for design and can create visually appealing assets that capture attention.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to change.
• Are a collaborative team player who can work independently when required.
